Hey Folks, we really are working on the blog! No worries! The dates of the posts below reflect the time we've visited the places. We couldn't really grasp it in that moment but we made it, this was our first night on the road. Finally out of the city and on our "longest way back home".

Shipping a vehicle is trickier than you would think. You need somebody trustworthy to organize the shipping for you and tell you what to do. Counting backwards and knowing the container will be on its way for about 40 to 50 days we started to talk to shipping agencies approximately four months before the trip. We picked Darwin as our starting point, which is also known as one of the toughest ports to get your vehicle into Australia.
